Uneven experience near the airport
slow check-indisorganized lobby
My stay had some issues. The check-in was slow. Nobody greeted me upon arrival. I also had to wait an hour for water bottles, just not acceptable. The lobby felt chaotic and disorganized. It did not make a great first impression.

The service during breakfast was amazing. Shubham Singha provided excellent care, and the orders arrived quickly. Mahesh, from the housekeeping staff, ensured all our requirements were met. The hotel's interior design, artwork, and lobby were well thought out and created a unique atmosphere.
I experienced a slight delay at the front desk upon arrival, with a brief 2-3 minute wait.
